Inside, it mirrors the layout of our other villas: a bright living area on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, plus a top-floor master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom.
A private garden and a veranda overlooking the greenery complete the experience—ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends in search of intimacy, relaxation, and a Mediterranean atmosphere that soothes the soul.

Reception
Unlike many holiday homes, at the BfB we guarantee a dedicated welcome, thanks to the presence of the Reception inside the structure. We are happy and available to answer questions / requests from our guests (even outside office hours!).

For family holidays it is essential to book a house with a kitchen. All our villas offer a fully equipped kitchen, complete with crockery and utensils.
Air conditioning
On all three floors of your villa you can enjoy free air conditioning, which is present in all bedrooms and also in the living room on the ground floor.

Our semi-detached villas can accommodate up to 8 people, thanks to two double beds, two single beds and the sofa bed, suitable for two people.
3 bathrooms
Comfort and privacy are also guaranteed thanks to the presence of 3 bathrooms per villa: 2 complete with shower and 1 complete with bathtub.
Private veranda
The beautiful days to live outdoors are not lacking, as well as the possibility of doing it on your own private veranda: a dedicated corner with the presence of a table and deck chairs.
Baby cot
The BfB Residence San Marco has always welcomed families and couples with small children. We offer you the possibility to book a cot for your baby on request, at a cost of € 25.00.
Breakfast room
In our new structure built during summer 2021, we offer you the opportunity to relax even during breakfast. In our small room we offer on request at a cost of € 7.00 per person a sweet breakfast, with seasonal fruit, hot and cold drinks, yogurt, etc.
Zero km vegetable garden
The BfB vegetable garden is the non plus ultra of our structure. Here you will find for free and you can personally collect various vegetables, grown by our staff.
Ping-Pong
Fun for young and old is also guaranteed thanks to the presence of a small play area. Challenge your friends to a game of ping-pong at the BfB Residence San Marco. You can do this every day from 10am all day.
Bicycles
Do you love sports? Take the opportunity to take a bike ride with your children, even inside the BfB: our area extends over 3,600 square meters.
2 km from the sea
We are located 5 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sciacca: Capo San Marco. On this beach you have the opportunity to rent deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, and to spend pleasant moments dedicated to an aperitif, lunch / dinner, with a sea view.

Growth and improvements are the order of the day for our young structure and that is why we have also decided to add 3 vending machines, operating 24 hours a day: one for coffee and hot drinks, one for water and quick snacks and one for energy drinks and alcoholic drinks.

Book the portable BBQ and use it on your private veranda: thanks to the French doors that go from the kitchen to the patio, we guarantee you unparalleled comfort.
