CANCELLATION POLICY

To Confirm:
In order to confirm your reservation we ask a deposit fee of 10% of your total vacation cost.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your reservation without cost or penalty until 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival date we will reimburse the entire deposit of 10% of the total vacation cost. In case you cancel within 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit fee will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation or No Show:
If you confirm a reservation in our hotel, it means you accept and approve of our cancellation policy, and of any other additional terms and costs that may be applied during your stay; including services and/or offered products.
The general rules of the cancellation and no show policy are visible in the information pages of our website, it’s included in your reservation and in your reservation confirmation. The cancellation policy is not applicable for some rates or special offers as they are considered “non refundable”; these may not be cancelled or modified. Before making a reservation, make sure to read the details regarding room and rate carefully. A reservation that requests an advanced full, or partial payment, may be cancelled (without prior notice) in case the outstanding residue cannot be charged on the agreed date, as contemplated by the terms of payment and specifications of the reservation. Late payments, incomplete bank or credit card details/ invalid credit cards and/or credit cards with insufficient funds, may jeopardize the reservation and may be declined a refund of prepayments or deposit fees in case of cancellation, unless the management does not decide differently.
The hotel may apply a cancellation penalty fee in accordance with the cancellation policy, for prepayment and no shows, and you may not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid amount. We urge you to carefully read the rules regarding our cancellation and no show policy, deposit and advance payment information.
If you arrive later than expected (i.e. the day after) make sure to communicate this to the hotel in order for us to know when to expect you. In this way your reservation will not be cancelled and the no show penalty fee will not be applied.

In case of anticipated departure, full payment (as confirmed in the reservation confirmation) is mandatory.
